The noble and patrioHc character of Gen. Pepe is so well known that no reeoni menci atlon can add to the senilmente whicb bis name must produco among generons and liberal hearts. Yet my parJJentÉ afectìon for him niakes me wish to introduce to my friends the late Comitfander-in-chief of the Nea-politan army -who has slnce made fmitless efforts to serve the sanie good cause in the penlnsula. Whether Ms: ;JMCter will be delivered before I bave the pleasore to see yon I do not know but unless General Pepe sets out very soon I bave a chance to arrive at a short distance from him, and I know. yon will reciprocate my feelings when yon once more take by the band yonr* old. affectlonate friend.
