Dear Mr Holyoake, do you have any Summary written of course or approved of ty him of the System of Robert Owen? Is there one Regulation or Pro-gramm for his Establishment in New Lamark? Any thing in fact in which the whole of theoutlines of his ideal may be traced out and quoted without fear of error? If so will you oblige me by sending it to me as early as you can, telling me the cost? I shall be oliged.
I must remind you that should you receive at your Establishment any Italian newspaper from Italy addressed to your name or any other, but always to your Estab­lishment, it is intended for me and I will feel thankful if you send it to me.

Dear Mr. Holyoake, are there extant 20 copies the large edition of my letter to Napoleon? If so, they ought to be sent to General Avezzana, New-York, U. S. Will you do it ? And will you teli me the ex pence of the sending ? Mad. Mario who has reached New York asks for them.

I spoke to Ashurst of your revival: increasing your number, and assuming a politicai tendency by adding to the shortj-Circular you ought to spread one line stating that Venice is to be helped mainly by subscriptions and Rome also by the petition-ing movement for the withdrawal of the French troops from that tower. He assente.
Cali yourselves Rome and Venice Fund Committee . Put out a short appeal. Add to your*numbers-one line about petitioning. You will be the initiatmg power of a new Association for Italy and the Nationalities.
